FURNISPHERE REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Furnisphere, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.
Eligibility for Returns:
You can return most new, unopened items sold by Furnisphere for a full refund within 15 days of delivery. Some items may have specific return conditions. Please refer to the product description for details.
Reasons for Return:
- Incorrect Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage for verification. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Defective Item: If your item becomes defective within 15 days of purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may be eligible for a return within 15 days of delivery. However, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Return Process:
- Contact Furnisphere customer service within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on where to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RAN and a copy of your packing slip in the return package.
- Ship the returned item using a trackable shipping service.
- We will process your return and issue a refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
Important Notes:
- We cannot accept returns for used items, items without a RAN, or items returned after the specified timeframe.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for returned items that do not meet the above conditions.
